I got a call and for some reason my cell didn't even ring so it was a voicemail that he has cancer with 2 lobes affected. They said something about calling oncology and chemotherapy and I am back to overwhelmed. I WISH I had actually gotten the call so I could have gotten some details like what does that mean and the specifics of how fast it grows etc, etc. so now I guess I have to wait till Monday. UGH!!!
PS He seems to be doing ok other than that.

Please keep me posted on ur dog - I'm crying with you.

So I guess the surgery was a staller and he still has cancer that they won't be able to get rid of. I called for oncology today but havn't heard back from them. I am not sure how grim the prognosis is but maybe will have an idea in a few days. I think we will canceled half of our vacation. The girl who comes to stay with our pets can't stay until the second half of our trip and that would leave them getting fed and checked on twice per day and I am not comfortable with him being left the rest of the time for 6 days. I actually want to cancel the whole thing but am torn about disappointing my son. We bought tickets to 2 Red Sox Spring Training games and he is a huge Sox Fan and will be devestated if we don't go to at least that portion of the trip. Life is so complicated sometimes
