OT: Lotion recommendation for DD15

Help! DD 15 has begun to get red stretch marks on the top of her "chest". She is mortified. It's not like she's really big; She really hasn't "blossomed" all that much in the past few months, but then these began appearing...

Can anyone recommend a lotion or cream to help? She and I would both be very grateful!!!
