I know this has nothing to do with Disney but my husband and I are getting a new puppy. We are going next weekend to pick him out and we will be bringing him home the end of June. We are stuck on trying to find a name for our new little guy. He is a part yorkie, part maltese so names like Duke just don't seem quite right :rotfl2: . I would appreciate any suggestions.

We have two dogs that are a mix of terrier, poodle, and maltese. We named them Milo and Willie. They are about 15 pounds and won't get any bigger. The names fit them perfectly. Enjoy your new puppy.:dogdance:

We have a Brittany - a tad bigger then what your dog will be - he's a whopping 45lbs right now and full grown - his registered name is Fieldview's Jiminy Cricket - we just call him cricket!
Good luck with your new puppy and make sure you post photo's.... it's easier to pick a name when you know what the dog looks like!!

I would love to post pictures but I have no idea how. Can someone explain how to do it? So far they have all been great ideas. I have a picture of the 3males I can choose from and once I learn how to post pictures I will post it and will post more next weekend when we actually go pick him out.
We live in Nova Scotia, but are driving up to Shediac, NB to see the puppies and the parents next weekend.

I have a schnoodle puppy(schnauzer/toy poodle), so he's a little dog like yours will be. He'll be no more than 10 lbs full grown. His name is Wally. We didn't name him that, the breeder's kids named him that, after Wall-E. The name fits him well. We sometimes call him Walter. I like it because its a little Disney ;)

Our border collie/black lab mix is Brigid....named after a Celtic Goddess.

Now that I know her personality, her name should be Princess. :lmao:

You live in Nova Scotia surrounded by salt water...how about Salty or Sailor ?

Thanks so much for all the great names. Once I learn how to post pictures I will post one of the three puppies we can choose from.

Ok, I think I figured it out...the picture is of the 3 males that we can choose from. I think we are going to go with the one on the left. This may help with people coming up with names.

We have been having the "lets get a puppy" discussion at our house lately and that is the type of dog that we are set on getting - now just for timing. We have a few names picked for when we do get a "morkie" - my personal favorite is Louie (from little mermaid II- my daughters favourite quote "ahhhh Louie"), the kids like Lincoln or Lex better.

Those puppies are so cute - please update us when you have chosen a name for him.

Once we go next weekend and pick him out I will post pictures and the name we have decided on. So far all the replies I have received have been great!!!

Thanks to all!!! :thumbsup2

I have a 12-week old Corgi--I think "Pooper" would be appropriate! :lmao:
