Morning !!! Yeah, was sat here last night listening to the howling winds outside! BBC's website has snow forecasted for us today (ie like now lol) but nothing yet. Very cold though! Brrrrrr.

Anyway, no plans for today. My dear son says he doesn't want to go out today but me being me, I might go against his wishes and just nip out for a bit just to break the morning up a bit. Then might actually have to get some housework done - downstairs needs de-cluttering and "de-papering" again (ie kids' papers & 'artwork' all over the place!). I love Wednesdays as there's nothing after school and I don't have to leave the house to go get Adam from nursery. Nice chilled out afternoon with the kids.

Cold, grey rainy day over my way too
I am ready for spring, my kids have been non stop ill over the whole of autumn and winter! I am deliberately keeping DD home from pre-school so that she dosen't catch anything else before we go to DLRP!!!

Morning! I am still off sick - I am so bored! Went to the doctors this morning and I've got a chest infection I actually phoned work this morning and asked them to email me some stuff to do - but they said no!

Fingers crossed I am back tomorrow! (Never thought I would say that!)

Toooo many complicated questions or thoughts for a Wednesday afternoon . Just the other day, Louise asked me which came first - the chicken or the egg. I asked her what she thought and she said the chicken. Asked her why she said that and she said because God created animals first and not eggs (we don't go to church but she has been reading her 'toddler bible stories' which someone gave to her as a birthday present when she was 1 lol).

Hello Every one

So you may remember my eventful trip we had in january and had to complain about the room the radiator swinging off the wall a huge crack in the sink and no tv remote well disney have emailed back

all i can say it will be alot easier to save for our WDW wedding now as we wont be returning to DLRP i am disgusted with the response. We wereliterally told it was our fault that we didnt contact management it was 11.20 at night and we ad to be out of there at 11am and we had a very stressful tiring day would i really want to be complaining at that time of night?

Oh well such a shame DLRP has been a huge part of my life for well 17 years ill just have to enjoy it from every one elses TRs now

oh no thats terrible is there anyone higher up that you can complain to? i'm shocked they would have a room in such a state in the first place, that is terrible customer service from disney!

That is a rubbish response, I think the problem is they need people to complain once they are there - I guess there are a lot of people who make things up (like that guy who said he fell off crush a few months ago!). I saw the room photos you put up and they were shocking! Did you sending them copies of the photos?

I know and they said to me if we plan to return to book through this room and have the piece of mind i will recieve a quality room I aplogize for saying this but shouldnt every room be at the same high quality?!?!?!?

Yeah we sent photos. May be we should of complained when there but we didnt get to our room till 11.20pm if we had rolled our 2 bags back to reception waited to be seen (there was only 1 person on reception as it was so late) told them they moved us god knows what time it would have been I was so upset in the morning I didnt want to ruin our trip any more then it had been.

I dint want anything from disney for it but I dont expect tobe told it was my fault but I have read on here people getting free nights rooms tickets for not having 2 light bulbs I am disgusted with the service and think this is very un disney like

Send the letter higher - with those photos on, it doesnt hurt. I cant remember who the CEO is now - but mark it for his attention and someone else will pick it up
