Good evening - I've had a bit of a weird day. I feel much better and have gone back to work, but my little brother (22 ) left today to go and teach in South Korea for a year I'm an only child

To make up for it I went to Next and bought too many clothes (I need a new outfit I've been nominated for employee of the year at work so need to go to a big works dinner ), and got some quotes for our disneymoon disneycruise to cheer myself up

Awww thanks I found out last week but have not been thinking about it as I needed something to wear to the dinner haha! Got it now so I'm excited! I wont win though - my job isnt useful enough!

My bro is really excited - he has always wanted to do this, I'm really proud of him - a year is a really long time thats all!

We went to Hunstanton, it is about 2 hours away from where we live.

My great Aunt used to live in Hunstanton..... I can remember visiting there as a kid.... She's an eccentric lady who used to have an antique shop and her flat was full of so many lovely bits and pieces..... You gave me a nice little trip down memory lane there Karen!

Sue has just been and the fabric she had for my dress was exactly what I've been dreaming of! It's a proper Emerald Green Silk Dupion and it's gorgeous! She's going to order it soon.... .... The other sample she had neither of us liked that much- It was a bit closer to blue.... But the one we've chosen is gorgeous!

We've also decided she's gonna make me a seperate corset from the dress, so I can wear it all again seperately, and she'll still be able to do it all for under my budget!

how amasing you will have a corset you can wear over and over again but really special to you I have a corset from my prom dress and I wore it to a bbq with jeans and flip flops last year and every one said it was really nice

that is gorgeous bob!!! its very close to the colour i had for my bridesmaid dress - so definately i love it!!!
not sure if u mentioned flowers yet??? i found a lovely golden rose went well with the green lol really cant wait to see the final dress and how fab u get a corset too!!! wish i had sumthin like that from my dress - it will be a lovely reminder!!!!
