Preferably online?
For shipping to Canada?
Buying here in Canada would be great - friend is in the GTA, and has a difficult time buying shoes.

Never hurts searching eBay if you're looking for something specific. We couldn't find a pair of baseball cleats in a larger size locally, but picked up a brand new pair on eBay for 75% less than we would've paid in-store!
