I guess that about defines a bittersweet moment. I don't know what to say other than to wish you peace and comfort; happy you had that special connection with your mom, sad for your loss.

We all kissed her, one by one, turned to leave and the nurse came in and said she was gone. It was so peaceful . We all had told her how much we loved her and she kept telling us too. It was a beautiful day spent all together.

I am so happy that your family was able to have this time with your mother and were able to say goodbye in this way.

Sorry for your loss. It is sad for those left here on Earth but your Mother's work was complete and now she will be given her rewards. She must of lived a good life to be surrounded by so much love in her last hours. This is the way I want to go - surrounded by love.

May her love fill the empty space in your heart until you see her again.
