OT: Is anyone else NOT able to access ae.com?

I've been trying for DAYS to get to the American Eagle website, with no luck.

Each time I try to access the site, I get a big, blank, white screen.

I managed to find a 800# for them, but no one at the customer support line has any idea what I'm talking about.

I've been using Firefox, but I just downloaded IE, and that seems to work...does anyone know how I can fix this? I tend to not leave the house OR use IE, and I need some new clothes!

No- but can I just say, my one experience with AE.com was horrible and they STILL owe me 2 pairs of jeans.

I hope you get what you need, but buyer beware!

I shop there all of the time, hence why I went as far to make a phone call!
I need my fix! haha
