I thought I'd let everyone know about this! In the clearance aisles at iparty,the birthday theme items are 75% off the clearance price!! 
I just bought 3 bags FULL for $14.Blues Clues party favors,hulk wrapping paper,Power Puff Girls,Spiderman,Batman,even Mickey and Minnie 
!!The packages were all under $0.50 .They had very little plates and cups,but lots of napkins and favors.So if your child wouldn't mind a mixed up bday party,or you just want to add a few things,this is perfect!I've so far hit the Cranston,RI and Millbury MA stores.The Millbury one had tons of great stuff.The person at the register must have thought I was nuts 
,I had him scan everything first to check the price.Gotta go,off to the Bellingham,MA location to see what they have left.I've done this a few years in a row,and my kids love it.It's hit or miss,but worth a trip if you have a party coming up(saving the Mickey and Minnie stuff for WDW as little treats).Hope this helps someone!
