OT how to grow out girls bangs fast

So our Disney trip is less than 3 months away and my dd6 informs me that she wants to grow out her bangs. I love taking pictures. 1 weekin wdw usually means 800+ pictures. Do you have any tips to help herbangs grow out before our trip?

Hair will only grpw as fast as it is going to grow. There is nothing to make it grow any faster. You can put it back in a clip do it is out of her face and looks neat though. There are a lot of cute headbands too.

They are not going to grow any faster- but my neighbor did a cute thing while her girls were growing them out- she would take the bangs and twist it up and over the head clip in place with a tiny butterfly clip-(they have mickey ones!)

My daughter decided to grow out her bangs last summer and after several haircuts where we angled her hair to make the bangs blend in, they are finally looking normal. So it took nearly a year. And we cut her hair shorter so it would take less time for the bangs to match, even without the angling. In the meantime we did pigtails with clips holding up the bangs, headbands, and bows. It always looked sort of sloppy when down no matter what cause she refused to at least try to tuck the stray pieces behind her ear.

I agree that it took a year to grow my dd's bangs out. When they started to hang in her face, she wore a headband. My rule was no headband - I cut the bangs! Her hair hanging in her face drove me nuts! lol Good luck!

Try the cloth headbands to hold back the bangs till they grow out they always look cute. None of my girls have bangs but when the kids were little and their hair was first growing I would use them to keep the hair out of their faces until it was long enough to tuck behind their ear.
