OT High Schools of St Pete

Hi, any SP Florida residents around that can explain the HS process? Would like to be in SP for HS, but worry about being 'new' and no clue regarding public or Catholic HS that are well regarded.

Help if anyone knows or can offer advice. OK to pM me. THANKS
