OT: Help with planning for a class

I am trying to do a school project in which I need to come up with a 4 day trip to any Canada location for a group of 30 young adult fitness instructors. So something active and adventurous was my thought. My problem is there is SO much to do and so many places to go in Canada, that I am having a hard time focusing. The trip should be in September.

I would appreciate it if anyone has a inspired idea of a location that I could do a quick 4 day itinerary on.

What about a hypothetical trip to Banff and the Canadian Rockies. You'd be too early for ski season, but your group could theoretically hike, rock climb, whitewater raft, canoe/kayak, mountain bike and golf in your trip.
