OT - Help with Photopass???? Updated!

I posted this over on the Theme Park board as I wasn't sure where to go, but since I tend to hang out over here I thought I would try here too...the short of it is my Photopass CD arrived without any pictures on it - just corrupt files...

We have some first timers pictures on this and I have found 2 separate email addresses which I have sent messages to. I know that they will likely be very willing to resolve this for me, but I am not sure how to actually reach anyone?!?!

just out of curiosity what kinda computer do you have? it could be the file the pics were put in.

some computers don't talk well with others!

I would first try something. Disable autorun on your computer. Put the CD in your computer, go to your Windows Explorer (I'm assuming you are running Windows), go to your D drive (or whatever your CD drive is named), open the "My Disney Photo's" folder, open one of the Image folders and see what type of files are in there. You should see JPEG files and they should, more than likely, be around 1.6 mb in size.

These are the two email addys I have for Photopass:
disneyphotopass_support@disneyworld.com
wdw.photo.imagine@disneyworld.com

The first address was on the packing slip and the second was on the CD Case.

Thanks - I have sent emails to both addresses & got an automated "we got your email" reply from only one of them. I did go through explorere & look at the folders. The disc does not have a Photo file, not like on my others, which have all worked well.


I will wait until Monday & email again if I don't hear from them...and start looking for potential phone contact.

The email address on the packing slip was the correct contact - a new CD is on its' way, no charge.


It is so hard to be patient when I am paid to be inpatient!!!!!
