I was telling DF tonight in the car about how I'm thinking of changing over to a disney visa credit card so I can start making disney dollar rewards for future disney trips and this is what he said:

DF: "so let me ask you, are we going to go to disneyworld every year?"
Me: "naw" *short pause* "maybe every other year" :cutie:
DF: "not that I mind. I could be into it."

DF continues to drive and I sit there in silence but pretty much feeling like this on the inside:

:rainbow: :dogdance: :lovestruc ::yes:: :dancer:

YES!! He likes disneyworld and wouldn't mind going frequently!!!! I'll make a WDW fanatic out of him yet!!!!!!

ok, thanks for reading. sorry this is so off topic.. I'm just so happy! :cloud9:

Thats' great! I am still trying to work on mine. :groom: He at least tolerates it and usually has a fun time. I did talk him into renting an ECV for our wedding/short honeymoon, so his legs don't hurt and isn't miserable from walking. He has RA.

I dont think mine will ever feel that way lol but he agreed to a Disney wedding so we are making some progress... he doesnt want to honeymoon at disney thought :(

mine didn't want to honeymoon at disney either so we're going to aruba. :goodvibes

keep workin on him.. it'll happen.

my DF once said to me "I can't believe I'm marrying someone who's such a disney freak!" (in a joking way of course) and now here he is admitting that he wouldn't mind going once every other year!!! I feel so proud!

my sister and I have already talked about how once we both start our own families we'll be taking them to disney together all the time! I've told her she needs to get married and pop out some kids quickly so we can do that! ;) (she's younger than me... I'm 30 and she's 25).

sorry for sounding dumb... but what's RA?

You don't sound dumb! Rhuematoid Arthritis, I know I spelled that wrong. At least thats the only thing I know of RA being and I'm an almost graduated student nurse.

yes RA is rheumatoid arthritus. He's only 22. The doctor says his weight and height don't help either. He is 6 foot 7 and almost 300lbs, but looking at him you'd never know he weighs that much. It took a lot of convincing to get him to have our wedding in Disney World as well. Of course before our actual honeymoon got postponed which he was really looking forward to the Disney Cruise we were going to try to do. Maybe there is still hope. :rolleyes:

This is very cool!! (your DF's reaction, not rheumatoid arthritis... :cutie: )

I can say I'm lucky enough to have had a similar thrill -- as I was trying to describe to him what a DFTW is like, my fella asked, "Could we have Goofy come to our wedding?" My jaw hit the floor! :lmao:
