OT: Has anyone used an HP "e print" printer with an iPhone?

The Budget board members are always so helpful so I'm hoping someone might be able to assist us.

My DH bought a new HP Printer with the E Print technology so that he could print from his iPhone at his office across town. He hooked up the printer and tried to print and stated it didn't work. Before I do too much researching I was curious if anyone has successfully used this set up? Is there a specific app he needs to install to sync with it?

I hope this doesn't seem lazy but I was hoping there was a reasonable fix to this and if not, no worries, I'll start the researching!

We recently got one and I was able to set it up and print from both my iphone and ipad. I don't remember having to install an app but when I set it up to be used via email, I had selected to only accept emails from specific email addresses. What I didn't do was add my email to the list.
