OT Ft Myers area ?

If anyone in Ft Myers area can answer this or anyone has been.
How is the Ft.Myers/Pine Island KOA, and how is the Sun Splash waterpark in Cape Coral?

If anyone has any reviews on these places I would love to hear them.

I can't help with the campground, but we just went to SunSplash Water Park in April. It was an AWESOME day. They have a lazy river, 6 or 7 decent sized slides, a zero entry pool (that you can also get to from the lazy river). When we went they were having a labor problem (i.e. the high school kids did not get out of school until 2) so the lazy river was only open half a day, so we only paid half price to get in. Even at full price I think it was a bargain.

DS and his pal (both 9) must have gone around the lazy river 40 times.

There's also a new park being built up by Naples by Collier County that just opened as well, but I'm drawing a blank on the name.

Thanks for that info that is good to know, I looked up the one in Naples it looks like the one in Cape Coral is a little better, not sure though.
Also about how long did you stay there, or what is a good time limit there?

We were there from 11am to 5 (open to close) and the kids could have stayed longer if they were allowed.

My one really good tip. If you get there right at opening, and there's a lineup of people to get in, go find yourselves some chairs to camp out at, and THEN go get on line for lockers. We did it backwards, and could not really find a good place to set up camp for the day.

I think the one in Naples is a bit smaller, since it's so new.
