OT: Free Wireless at YYZ or YVR?

Dan is leaving from Toronto, flying to Vancouver this week to visit a friend and was wondering if there was free internet at either airport? On their websites it just says Internet Access. He'll be taking his laptop.

I'm assuming that there will be a charge but some of the US airports now offer free wireless internet.

Was just there last week (YYZ) and there was a charge....9.95 i believe but not positive.
