OT: Finding Disney in WDC

Sorry I'm off topic here, but I know all the great DIS folks out there will be able to help me and I need the help for preparing for a Disney trip (when aren't we preparing for one!). I have to travel to Washington DC in a few weeks for work and would LOVE to get to a Disney Store and a Toys R Us store. Of course, I won't have a rental car and while I've searched the internet, I'm having a hard time figuring out what might be accessible via the Metro (which I'm comfortable taking). I will be staying downtown near Farragut West stop.

If anyone can provide some first hand advise on finding either of these stores while I'm there, I would be so appreciative! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
