OT--Do Diapers Ever go on Sale??

I am buying some gifts for a baby for Christmas. I was thinking I would also get a bag of diapers and I did get a coupon for Pampers from last week's paper. But should I watch for a sale? My youngest has been trained for 4 years now and I don't remember all those diapering years very well. (I think I blocked them out ) Is there a store that consistently has a better price? The better I do budgetwise, the more I can get him.

Yep. Diapers do go on sale. Most weeks, if you look at the sales papers, you'll find some store somewhere that's running a sale. As for best buys, Wally World usually has good deals, but not as good as a store running a sale.

Kroger will put Pampers on sale for $8.99, sometimes $7.99. Target will also put them on sale.

Okay thanks! I only have until early next week to get them so I will have to hope for the best. Sadly, no Kroger here.

Here is a great website that lists the diaper sales every week (along with other cost-saving tips for babies/toddlers).

It's based in Atlanta, but many of the locations are chains and some people from other parts of the country also post sales from those chains in the comments. I haven't paid more than $8 (less, with coupon) for a jumbo pack of diapers since finding the site. For the OP, though, it only has Kroger listed for Pampers sale this week. CVS for Huggies. Most of the sales change on Sunday.
