I wasn't sure where to post this post but for those of you who are interested and for those of you who would like to hear this amazing coincidence... I thought I'd share this with you!
DF and I got a really good deal on air tickets to Orlando out of Detroit (opposed to Buffalo, where we usually fly out) because it is only a 4 hour drive away. We'll be staying a nite in Detroit before we leave, because we didn't figure we could sit a whole Saturday without doing anything before going to Disney on Sunday. And, all of this worked out to be cheaper than leaving Buffalo.
Anyway, today I was looking into some things in the Detroit area and stumbled across this exhibit at the Henry Ford Museum that is all about "behind the scenes" at Disney. We could not believe our luck
and this crazy coincidence! This is the exhibit if anyone else is in the Detroit area and is interested: http://www.hfmgv.org/museum/disney/default.asp
At first, it appears to be only about Disneyland but also has stuff about Space Mountain, Jungle Cruise and the Haunted Mansion, etc.
Just thought I'd let you all know!
