i wanted to put a picture of me in vmk as my desktop background and put all the program look like they were circling them but my computer won't let me move them it let me do this before but not now. why? any help?

Um, I might be able to help you. First of all do you use a PC or mac? Also I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about. Is this in a graphics program (like paint) that you're trying to do something with?

What I think you are saying is that you want your VMK picture centered on the screen and all your program icons around it, but your icons will not stay there. If this is the case there is one thing I can think of that would cause that. Below are the steps to check if this is the case:
1) Right click on the desktop.
2) On the menu that pops up, click on "Arrange Icons By".
3) The "Auto Arrange" option having a check in front of it would cause a problem like what I think you have. If it is checked just click it to take the check away.
