OT: DD is having tonsils out this AM

My 13yo DD just had her tonsils out a little more then 2 weeks ago, in fact today was her first day back in school.

I am sure your DD will be back to her old self in no time.

I just had my tonsils out last Tuesday, and I am a little older than your daughter I am 39! I haven't returned to work yet, tho I am going to try to go back on Thursday, and I haven't really eaten anything other than applesauce, popsicles, mashed potatoes and jello.

Like someone else said the first three days were better than the 4-7 days. Those seemed real rough for me.

Anyway, glad to hear she is doing fine! And hope she has a speedy recovery!
