If the other things don't work, try Nizoral shampoo. It's expensive, but once you get things under control, you only have to use it once every couple of weeks.
Head and Shoulders, Selsun Blue, and the T-Gel didn't do nearly as well.

It takes about a week for the scalp to stop producing excess oil(from past shampoo stripping) so you may need to wash every day for the first week.
