OT-check your airfare

I just saw on the budget board that many airlines reduced their fares. I just got roundtrip for 6 people for $700 (including all taxes, fees, etc.). My 5 minute call to Southwest Airlines saved me $300! They even applied the credit to my credit card, instead of giving me a credit voucher!

I just got a $180.00 credit from USAir..phl to mco for August for 3 seats...I'm thrilled!

US Air isn't that cheap out of Pittsburgh, as far as I can tell. Do the lower rates have to be available for your flight in order to get a credit for them?

I did go back and check, and they were all sold out for my dates. Oh well, that's why I make my ressies early, so I can get the flights I want.

I just called and saved ANOTHER $180. But he wouldn't credit it, he said I could apply it to other Southwest travel. Bummer. Although....I travel on SW for work all the time. I bet I could swap it with them and they'd reimburse me.

Yes, deals are great right now with Southwest! Yesterday I booked 4 roundtrip tickets out of Manchester, NH on June 13th for $460.00 total with taxes!! What a great last minute trip thanks to those deals!!

I just checked our flight on United. It went UP.

I paid $250 per person round trip. Now it's 371.90 each, and the return time changed.

With all the flights going down, I was surprised to see how much my our flight went up.

My friend got a good deal flying out of Philly though.
