I tried the bike and couldn't do half a kilometre!:rotfl: I was shaking!haha!


Where i work they have 4 full size football pitches, not sure how many acres but i am sure it is a few.
I did toy with the idea of jogging round them each morning, it's private and not overlooked (MOD land) but that is as far as i have got, just thought about it. I think i would die running round!:rotfl: :rotfl:

evening all wow! that was a scary thread I think its gone off to monsters inc to be de -contaminated (spelling?) god there is a load of rubbish on tv tonite

I lost 23 lbs before Xmas, put 5 back on over Xmas, lost 1 since. I really need to get motivated, I was following Slimming World, but just with books I have at home, not going to classes (I'm a serial dieter).
Anyway I'd like to drop another size before my trip, I look at my Disney Photo albums and I get bigger and bigger each year :sad2:

I made a comment and then it all got a bit out of hand. I Wish i had of stayed out of it and kept my big mouth shut now:sad2:

That thread was rather funny. Amusing that someone thinks they can take the whole of DLP in, in 2 hours.
 
All those on diets like me,!!I want you all to think nice disney thoughts imagine yourself skipping down main st as light as air ,be tinkerbelle at the start of fantillusion ,be auroura dancing with her prince , this all works if you keep away from mirrors:rotfl2:

I followed weight watchers last year for my sisters wedding and lost nearly a stone but i found it soooo boring counting points all the time.
What is slimming world like? is it the red day, green day one.?

I swear the ones in shops make you look slimmer when you try clothes on. I brought something last week that i thought didn't look too bad. When i got it home well.... heffer or what.!
 
No need to count points ,have red and green days,check packets or count calories !! just one simple rule......if it looks nice dont eat it:rotfl:
 
I'm doing Slimming World at the moment...lost 20 lbs so far, over far too long, but a lady in my class has lost over 1 1/2 stone in 3 weeks!!!!:cheer2:
