Lots of little things - xfactor live tickets which I am very excited about (although I know its very sad hehe!). I ahd that stomach flu over xmas so it was a bit rubbish but I'm better now

Im here - just got my new 'unofficial guide to WDW' book in the post. So ive been reading that.

www.touringplan.com is the NUTS! pretty much decided my dates for my wdw trip! Although the ideal day to go on clashes with the coldplay concert at wembley...

The site has a chart, for every day next year, and tells you teh crowd levels and how long waiting times wil be! Ace huh?

Yeah I've had a nosey before, but I'm trying to stay away from WDW stuff atm otherwise I'll start planning and its abit early yet LOL

I used that when we went it was really useful because I was prepared that the 3-5th Jan would still be really busy so we prepared for it and went to the parks that didnt have EMH those days so it was quieter (we found that was the golden rule esp at Epcot as future world was always mad busy when it was evening EMH).

I didnt do any of the touring plans though - I saw people doing them but it was really really quiet the rest of the time and you didnt need them and I prefer to make it up as I go along!

We have redecorated downstairs, our bedroom and the study but the big spare room is a dumping ground and we need the hall and stairs done, oh and new carpets in the study and spare room.

I went the spare room to have fairly neutral walls with white furniture, as this will be a guest room. I will just be happy when the our hall is done - the people who lived there before wallpapered the ceiling!!

Oh and we need to make the garden more interesting its just grass and hedges!

We have redecorated downstairs, our bedroom and the study but the big spare room is a dumping ground and we need the hall and stairs done, oh and new carpets in the study and spare room.

I went the spare room to have fairly neutral walls with white furniture, as this will be a guest room. I will just be happy when the our hall is done - the people who lived there before wallpapered the ceiling!!

I don't know when we'll have saved enough to buy! After the wedding me-thinks.

18 months, I loved decorating at the beginning but after the first year we were really sick of it and havent really done much , I think once your kitchen, living room, bathroom and your room is ok you lose all motivation!

I just close the doors of the other rooms hehe!

Yeah when we rented I thought about doing that too - but its like handing over money to someone else!

I hated buying the house it was the most stressed I have ever felt! We were going to buy a flat first but it fell through because there were structural problems, but that was fate because the house bought was reduced that weekend becuase the owner was emigrating and needed to sell it quick so we got a discounted price .

If the housing market continues to slide you could buy a castle

Were just lucky at how low the cost of buying houses is up here. We have bought in an up and coming area (fingers crossed!). My poor London friends are in shock when they see what we managed to buy - although there managing to, I think like everywhere you just have to look around and be flexible. We wouldnt have picked the area we live in ideally but now we love it and I am glad we did .
