I would love to live in the Countryside, but Robert can't stand the idea.... :sad2:

If I didn't love him, I wouldn't put up with him! :lmao:

Haha! In my terms your very rural now! I think Henry would like to live in the countryside too. Maybe when he becomes a house husband in the future haha :rotfl: :rotfl:

In work today I was saying that I like to see wee babies in just babygros and cardigans rather than trendy jeans and stuff and how I hate seeing wee ones who can't walk wearing heavy boots and shoes.

Exactly, babies look so cuddly in babygros and as for shoes, there's no need for them, babies feet are so beautiful, mine only ever wore socks and occasionally those soft floppy things, that looked like mop hats for feet.

Robert thinks anywhere without a Grainger Games is too Rural (A reference probably only you'll get Gemma!).....

.
My only problem now is that really have to do some work on the house to sell it as we are moving to the country.DH's parents want us to take over their house and land and build them a granny flat annex.

Ooh sounds lovely, what part of the country ?

My Rod orginally comes from the country but I have no idea how I will settle in.I have always lived in towns and cities but I know that my 2 boys will love the freedom.

My Mum says that as long as I am am online and Tescos delivers there I will be fine.I do think having chickens and growing my own veg will be fun.

Well I live in Northern Ireland so apart from Belfast most of this wee country is country :rotfl2:

The closest village would be Portglenone .....not pronounced Port-glen-one but Port-la-known.We will be about 15 mins into the sticks from this wee village.

We have booked there for the Monday - 6.00pm when it first opens. When are you planning on going?

I think on Tuesday or Wednesday. I plan on California Grill on Monday - mainly because I am not much looking forward to it - so I get it over with. Dtr really wants to eat there.

:thumbsup2 I too am an old mummy.:rotfl:
My mum moans like mad at babies in jeans "oh those soft little legs in that horrid denim.."

I was told by a collegue that I forget that I am an old Mummy :sad1:

Thanks a million

I must be an old mummy too then! :rotfl: Also, I hate seeing young girls (like 4-7/8 yr olds) wearing heels. I don't mean those dressing-up-high-heeled-slippers which you wear at home but proper high heeled shoes/boots which they wear to go out and you can see some of them really struggling to walk properly :sad2: . I'm also becoming such an old fuddy-duddy as I don't like the 'trendy stuff' that's out there for little girls as well (those around my daughter's age or thereabouts, ie 6). Sigh, I'm really getting old:rotfl:

I agree - used to love H&M clothing for my dtr when she was little. Really girly girls stuff. Then suddenly she hits age 8.......and all their clothing for 8 years plus looks like the "Little Miss Streetwalker" range. :sad2:

Small World - might see you for cocktails in Cafe Fantasia then.:goodvibes
