Evening all, I've just been pricing up costs for our WDW trip in 2 years time so I can set a buget. All I can say is ouch And double ouch to the price of flights for christmas/new year!!

Ouch, who is it flying with?

Direct with Virgin, £900 per person for ecomony £1600 for PE!! And we have to buy 4 (we buy our friends air tickets and they use their DVC points for accomodation, so we get a 2 bed villa at the beach club which we don't have to pay towards.)

That is a lot! 3 of us flew to NY for less then one economy tickey to Florida

I know!! When we went last time for christmas in 2005 it was £720 a ticket for economy. In the summer we paid £900 for PE to LA and back from Vegas. I expect tickets to be more expensive in the school holidays which I don't mind so much, but that is silly!! Oh well, I guess we don't have to pay for accomodation!

I would still shop around as they might drop the prices. My friend is a pilot & I keep telling him to get a job with a decent airline so I can get free upgrades

We do have some flying club miles so if I do my homework I might be able to get some miles plus money flights to make it cheaper. We want to fly woth Virgin as they have a higher weight limit on their cases for PE than BA do. I kind of have issues with keeping my case light!! Once when we flew back my case was 31.8kg, the limit was 32!! In the summer 2 of our 3 cases had the heavy luggage lable attached to them!! I don't know why though, I don't over pack (I blame in on DH's big, heavy shoes and the fact that we have hard sided cases!!)

I just had a 45 minute relax in our spa bath with all the jets are air vents on!! I had to top the warm water up 3 times!! Lovely and relaxing, although I am now slightly wrinkled!!
