I think we were lucky - was chilly, but I wraped up snuggly and was only really too cold when we had to wait about for the parade and stuff.

It's going fairly well, though there's quite a few of us collecting shyly in the corner now - I think somebody needs to find a way to pull us all back into the party again (myself included).
