Good morning all, Pete and I have yet another snow day. It snowed over night again and all schools in our town (4 secondary schools and 10 primary) are shut. Yesterday there were not busses, taxies or post and I think it will be the same today. I could really have done with going in today aswell as we are going to get so far behind with our work. The forecast for the weekend is freezing temps to -4 over night then more heavy snow on Sunday and Monday! I think we are going to try and brave a trip to ASDA later as we need supplies. It is only 5 minutes down the road with no hills so we should be OK if we take it slow.

I'm a little worried about my neighbours this morning, they are elderly and I usually hear them up and about when we are getting ready for work, but I can't hear anything. I just looked outside and they don't have any lights on either. I don't know wether to go and knock on the door or wait a while and see if I hear anything in a bit. I was going to call round to see if they wanted anything getting from ASDA when we go later (once the snow has stopped falling!!)

No snow here today...just rain

Nothing happened last night so I'm back at work today. Think everything has stopped now but I'll keep you all as updated as possible.

Lots of snow here and school closed again. Bit of a surprise this morning as it was all melting last night. Am going to brave a trip to Morrisons too, just for a few staples.

Ergh im glad its gone, i was getting a bit fed up of risking mine and kyras lifes walking to school in it lol.

I just got back from next door, the neighbours are OK. They are just writing a shopping list which I will pick up for them when I brave a trip to ASDA in an hour. It is snowing really heavily here again!!

LOL! I like the snow, just not when it turns to ice, mind you it's possibly as I love snowboarding so I'm really at home in the snow

Morning!! No fresh snow overnight, woohooo !!! It was an easier walk to school as well today as most of the pavements were ice-free. Even the ice on my road has turned to slush now, so I might just brave it and jump into the car and go for a drive (that is, if the engine will start now lol). It's looking quite dark out there and the clouds look like snow clouds.... so, who knows?!!

You've reminded me about Mickey's Magic Show Emma. I still haven't asked Peter coz I'd forgotten to. Must ask him tonight!!! The tickets are all probably sold out now.

Looks like a show with Mickey and co doing tricks, i think the princesses are there aswell. All the decent seats are gone so not sure if we will get tickets.

I hope they do another playhouse Disney Live again this year, last years was really good fun.

No snow here today...just rain

It does sound fun, I can't afford it though, spent to much lately on Disney holidays.
I wanted to go and visit my sister at Reading in a couple of weeks however can't afford that now ether as I had to spend the money at DLRP to replace a broken suitcase.
