Still trying to keep positive, but I've been getting booted out of the system too, and now the questions have slowed to once every 5-10 minutes. Sigh. . .this is so frustrating, so I am signing off now and hoping for a better ChaCha day tomorrow.

Doesn't appear to be any better today. It's not booting me, but the queries are like 5-10 minutes apart.

I'm going to my real job in a few minutes, so I didn't plan on being on at all during the day. I just hope that when I try to get on tonight that things are moving like they should be again.

yep, queries are non-existent this morning i've gotten one in the 20 minutes i've been logged on. after my queries sped up last night, i was really hopeful the problem had been fixed...guess not.

i've been online since 9:25 a.m. (with a 10 minute break & 1 hour for lunch) and i've made $8.20. on a normal day, i'd have made at least $16.00 by now. i'm not sure how much longer i can stand this. it's obvious by the increased flow of questions last night that chacha COULD fix the problem, they simply don't, because they don't give a carp.

Oh man, when I got off at about 11 o'clock last night it was finally working decent. I am at my real job and can't log on now, but that is depressing to hear it is still down. I was hoping it was normal again and I could work my fingers off to still meet my goal before my account zeros out on the 15th.

sorry hon, wish i had better news. i'm getting queries every 3-4 minutes-just generalist, no specialist. everyone is still complaining about it on the forums, because they saw the increase in traffic last night and they know it CAN be done, it just isn't being done. why, i don't know. i'd like to think it's a simple system issue, but i just can't be that optimistic right now.

Wait, are you saying that the money doesn't roll over? In other words, if you don't earn a minimum of $100 by the 15th, you lose your earnings? Please tell me that's not true-I've only got about $50 in there (just started before all the problems started) and if these issues keep up I won't make it to $100 by the 15th, but that shouldn't mean Chacha gets me to work for free!

If you are on Pay Me Monthly and have made more than $100, it goes to your account, otherwise it sits there until the next month, so no, you don't lose it.

your money is still there, but you have to have a minimum of $100 in your account in order for it to cash out on the 15th. if you don't make $100 by the 15th, you'll get it next month. at least, this is how i understand it. i use Pay Me Now.

Yeah, well, don't bet on it. My questions have been coming 4-6 minutes apart, so I'm giving up for now.

I really wish that ChaCha would issue some sort of statement. I really think that would be the responsible thing to do. If you worked somewhere they would alsways keep their employees updated on issues like this. I really need to know if this is how things are or if ChaCha will be back b/c if this is how it is now then I need a new source of income.

Oh I am sorry I didn't mean to scare you.... no your account zeros out when it is time to get paid. I used that wording since you get paid for everything you do until it zeros out (I used this wording since with some things you get paid for everything you do before midnight or x time....with ChaCha you get paid for everything you do before it clears the amount out). It only zeros out if you are getting paid (if you have more then 100). In my case I just want the amount to be bigger when I get paid. My goal was $1200, but I only have about $900 right now. I want the extra to go shopping on black friday, that is why I am concerned about building it up before this months payment.

amen, i refuse to sit here all day and make $10-$15 dollars a day when i could have made $30-$40. this mess needs to be FIXED PRONTO!

I recently logged on for the first time today, been out buying groceries ($300 worth!!! ) and was hoping (praying?) to come back and be able to make some more money!!!

Ummmm, yeah, no luck. Questions are coming every 3-5 minutes.
