A huge thank you guys for this tip! I just took the simulator test last night and am crossing my fingers! I got really stumped on one and took 9 minutes to answer but the rest came pretty quickly so I am hoping that won't matter!

I thought it was fun and since I am on the computer a lot anyway seems like I should get some money for it!

Ok, so I am guessing then those are the one's which also don't show the "welcome to chacha message either in history or we are working on your question" it is just blank...

They're called blasters. The way we know they're blasters is if they have no history for us to look at. Sometimes they're really easy, but other times they really challenge us. I haven't gotten one of those in a while!

Do we get feedback on our answers or just if QC looks at them?

So I did have a question where my results contradicted a previous guides (question about how old a celebrities kids were. previous guide said celebrity had kids but all the sources i found said none!). That guide just had the cha cha home page as the source tho so I couldn't find where they got the info. I just answered "I couldn't find exact info but I linked a bio for you if your phone has internet" or something like that.

You only get feedback from QC. So far I've done 800 searches and no qc emails yet. But it's just a matter of time, I know.

I've had the same thing happen before too. It's highly annoying! It makes someone look really bad when that happens. And then you have to scramble and try to make up for it with such a small amount of text. The only time I ever use ChaCha as a source is if they are asking a specific question about us. Otherwise I never site them.

I've read some responses from previous guides that were downright nasty, either very sexually vulgar or just rude. One guide explained the best way to ummm.. take care of a woman with your hands (if you know what I mean) in very graphic detail. Like "my woman likes it when I.. blah blah blah". I was like woooah! Dang, that's a bit much. And another one called someone a freak b/c they asked about porn. I thought that was out of line too.

I am rly suprised that I passed! Did a little bit last night and some this morning I am up to a whole $2 and change lol. Which ofcoarse will go to when I need the money out into a bank card. I have to sign up for that today. Any idea how long it takes to get there? Going to Disney in 3 weeks just curious if bank card be here before then. One person texted uh dsjhc ish...any idea how to respond to something like that?

Quick question. I signed up yesterday and passed the first part. I'm going to print out the guide manual and study. How long/hard did you all study that information before taking the simulator part? Is it that difficult?

I chose once a month, I am using this money to pay for a bunch of big stuff. I am afraid if I had that debit card it would be spent on little stuff and mess up the "plan"

The manual imo honestly doesnt tell you anything. Watch the video a few times on how to answer. Make sure you know how to answer the questions and you should be fine be sure to validate and make sure you dont have part of response not show up in your 130 ish char limit. Good luck!

Email or call them get in touch somehow and explain that to them I am sure it will get worked out.

I think I am going to choose the debit card. I would hate for my money to sit there for like 4 months because there isnt enough activity or I am too slow or I dont have the time to get $100. I am using the money for same as you after I use it for my 2 Disney vacations this year but either option work for you it all depends if you rather wait 1 month to be payed or pay the $2 to have it atm.

Yea that is why I think I will use the pay me now option just so it doesnt sit there for a few months. Wont chose till later though you also need a check which I dont have to do the other form.

When you hit the search now button it takes you to a ChaCha "quick links" page and the bar in the "hot" bar there is a link for "Advice Finder." Under there is a link to an article for "does he/she like me?" Use that as your page to cite and then include something like well does he smile at you a lot or make eye contact? Or go to the http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~ssanty/cgi-bin/eightball.cgiMagic 8 Ball[/url] site and then say "I asked my Magic 8 Ball and it says ______." Usually those are kids looking to "chat" so you can always answer "I don't know, do you like him? Have you talked to him? Maybe he's waiting for you to break the ice."

How do you answer a "does so and so like me" question?

For some reason I'm terrified to take the simulator test.

You won't get those type of questions in the simulator. I am pretty sure they are fake questions.

Last night I texted a question to see how it works...I asked who is the princess in Beauty and the Beast? The answer I got was in the tv show it was Linda Hamilton. In the movie it was Paige O'hara.

I was just looking for the answer Belle :rofl: I guess there are always more than one way to interpret a question!

I just took the Fitness Assessment and failed! I thought I answered everything pretty quickly, and I am a very fast typist. I think it might have been the third part that stumped me--a couple ?s I couldn't find the answers to and then I was panicking seeing the 'countdown clock', so I just took a guess. It said there were no current openings for me at this time I'd like to know what I got wrong. Has this ever happened to anyone and if so when were you able to re-apply?
