i received my accepted letter yesterday, but yet to receive any query's and i have set categories. i have sent an email to feedback and hopefully they can get it fixed. im anxious to start.

Woohoo! I just got the email letting me know I passed and am a guide now! But, I have a question. My fiance wants to sign up, too, but we were wondering if we can both sign onto chacha from the same home. I think we would share an IP and I'm not sure if that is against the rules. Anyone know?

Question, I just signed up tonight for the debit card and the main page told me to copy my id off the address line, well I do that and the bank page never asks for it! Why did I need to find it if it was never asked for?

Yes, you can both be ChaCha guides, and even do it at the same time. It goes by your user ID, not the IP address. Apparently several guides have spouses that do it at the same time as them.

Right click in a text area -- in fact, if you reply to this message you can access it. Anyway, right click, then scroll down to clippings and you'll see your choices.

Have you tried the split screen add on that people are talking about in the forum?

Yes, it is so awesome! It takes some getting used to before it improves your speed, but after a few days I noticed that I was zipping through with it.

How to you use the clippings in a reply? I understand how to put them into clipping, but don't know where you go to access them?

You assign them each a letter or number. Then, make sure your cursor is where you want the text to go, just press CTRL+ALT+V, when you let go of those keys, a pop-up pops up and says "Press the shortcut key of the clipping you want to paste." For example, the phrase "Thanks for using ChaCha!" I assigned to the letter T. If I have room (24 characters), I press CTRL+ALT+V and when the little box pops up, I press t. Done!

Those are actually left over from the old system, so the smiley faces and "great" don't mean anything.

i did this (i assigned mine numbers 1, 2 & 3) and when i press ctrl+alt+v and the box pops up, i hit one of those numbers and nothing appears in my text box. what did i do wrong?

I still haven't taken my SIM test - I've been so scared to fail. Tonight I'm trying to study the videos and other materials in the underground, but I keep getting an error message when I try to login from the link I have in my email.
Can someone help, please?

Anyone having problems with ChaCha tonight? I'm zipping along answering questions and all of a sudden the dashboard, forum, etc., is gone and I'm getting that "proxy error" message. I don't constantly check my earnings, but every once in a while I do look to make sure I'm getting credit for answering questions. With this little problem I'm having, I can't do that so I don't want to answer any more questions until it's up and running.

Has anyone heard if ChaCha is having problems?

You're not alone.
I just reported the same thing to FB an hour ago. I had to Abort a search because of it. I don't want to get on either because I don't want to have to use the Abort Search button when the error shows up.

How do you report to FB? I can't get to the underground at all. That tab is coming up with the following message:

I went back into log in- make sure you are "away" then go to KB from there,or go to forum then get and then KB from there. I remember I had 3 tabs open before I finally got to FB.

Hmmm . . . I logged out, restarted my computer, logged back in, but still can't get to the KB. I'm still getting that same proxy error message when I try to click on Knowledge Base, Forum, or My Account.

Oh well . . . maybe I'll make it an early night and start fresh tomorrow.
