I am not sure this is the right place BUT I use US Cellular and their customer service department is Fantastic!!!

I sent in a question about a service I added and they responded in less than 12 hours with the situation taken care of and two suggestions. 1 was for a plan with more services for the same price--they even had looked at my usage to make sure it would work for me-- and 2 was to sign up for overage protection.
How many companies go to that trouble?
