OT. can anyone recommend resort similar to beaches turks/Caicos?

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a carribean vacation spot for kids. (Age 10 and 12). Beaches in Turks and Caicos looks great. But I'm just worried it will be too crowded and expensive for what they offer. I like that they have the kids water play area , snorkeling, water skiing etc. hoping to find a resort w similar amenities but not quite so expensive. Thanks for any advice

We have been to Beaches Negril the last 2 years in May and it is awesome! It never felt crowded. And considering my son picked going there over Disney that says a lot! Plus he keeps asking to go back this year.

If you're looking for a family friendly all-inclusive resort I would recommend the Iberostar resorts. We've stayed in several in both the DR and Mexico and have never been disappointed. My kids always had a great time.

Keep in mind that the more amenities the resort offers, the higher the price will be. Beaches/Sandals offer a lot more amenities that most resorts which accounts for the higher price. We've never done Beaches, but we've done Sandals (in fact we have another trip booked) and while they are more expensive we love that they include so many more amenities than other resorts.

I know Beaches T & C is very expensive but in our humble opinion it is worth every penny, especially if it is a once in a lifetime trip. We have gone many times when our DD was younger and could miss more school. We absolutely love it there and the staff is excellent.
