stop the world so I can get off. Just for a few days...

I just find a board that really has the same intrests as me and there is no time to even pop in for a visit. This is what I hate about the holidays. Scrapbooking and Quilting have gone out the window, church bazzar, birthdays and decorating have taken over not to mention 4h registration is friday and I still don't have the calendar done!!!!!

Please just 24 hours of me time and I'll feel better! I beat the kids to bed last night that's really sad just no energy left............... well off to find some caffine....
I am thinking of all of you hope you have a wonderful holiday season in case I don't show up till after the new year!!! (That would be a scary thought )

It is about to get that way for me. I am enjoying the last few moments of sanity.

I did feel that way the weekend before Thanksgiving- the kids were WILD! My DH went to the grocery store for me that weekend and I asked him to pick up my sanity while he was there. He said they were all out.

Yes please, holy cow. Same story this evening. My kids would appreciate my sanity back. I know I said it was not yet crazy yet, but my kids seem to be out of control which makes me loose my sanity. If that makes sense.

usually I can keep control with "Ernie the elf" he helps to watch and make sure that there is good behavior.

My sanity has been gone for a long, long time, but it just so happened that I picked up six bags of Hershey kisses yesterday. That should keep my Sanity in a Box filled for the next few weeks, if not I can put myself into a chocolate induced haze. LOL

In the next 20 days, I am going to be home 8 days. And in between I need to pack for two trips, hold a scrapbooking crop (THANK goodness for excellent independent scrappers!), prepare for of our our three holiday celebrations, a few school meetings, as well as scheduling a test at the Children's Hospital for DD. Somewhere in there I am supposed to work.

So I hear ya, apply the brakes hard to make things sloooow down.
