Does anyone here know how Borderfree works? I did most of my Christmas shopping online this year and several of the companies I ordered from used Borderfree.
An order that I placed Brookstone still has not arrived and I doubt that I'll be getting it in time for Christmas. They provided me with order tracking from their facilities to Borderfree and that part of the shipping process only seemed to take 1 day. However, the package sat at the Borderfree facility for more than a week and only received a Canada Post tracking # yesterday night. Other companies (like Sephora and L.L. Bean) that use Borderfree have shipped to me with 1.5 weeks. I also ordered from those companies on the same day as Brookstone too.
Just if anyone knows if Borderfree treat the companies differently or how they process packages.
