OT- Black Crocs=hot feet?

I don't think they make my feet any hotter than any other color - but I do tend to wear socks with them, which help me a lot.

I think the Beach Disneys run larger though, at least for me. I wear a S in the Disney's, but the smalls are too small at Dick's Sporting Goods and the mediums are too big.

I had a problem getting my size when I first got my beach crocs. I got the small from Dick's and they felt ok in the store then I got home and wore them a little and i worried they were too small, so took them back and tried on the medium...too big! I almost freaked thinking I wouldn't be able to wear these wonderful Crocs, but I stuck with the small and now I wear them everywhere. If the Disney ones are a little big in the small then they should be perfect for me. What size do you wear in the caymans if you have any?

I have a W8 in the Cayman's, I think they are a tiny bit narrower than Beach too so the 8 works better for me. I've never tried a 7 though.

The great thing about shoebuy is the free returns and it's easy, you just print a label from their site and either drop it off at a UPS store or call for a pickup.

thanks, that is very true about showbuy and since I can get them a little cheaper there i may just try the caymans.

After reading this last night, I put a Disney black one on today and a Disney pink (was working in the back yard so no one to see me) and the black was hotter - I thought for sure I'd be able to write they were the same.

I LOVE IT!!! Thanks for the scientific proof for what I expected to hear. I may just buy them anyway and only wear them on cooler excursions, such as fall tailgating!!!

Get them anyway, you'll love them. You have to take into account that I'm 43 too so I can be hot or cold at any given moment (but it's all over, not just in one foot lol)

I have 2 black pair, one set is the Mary Janes, I do notice that they look dirty much quicker. I just got brown and I have pink, but I haven’t worn them enough to decide if the black ones are hotter. I also have the Mickey white ones.
I do know that Saturday I wore a pair at the gym and showered in them and hopped in the sauna for about 15 minutes and then made the mistake of putting the shoes back on. Ouch, I totally burned my feet. I have always worn a pair of rubber rebox sandals, but figured my shoes could use the wash. They were super hot. My mistake. I took them off as soon as I got out, but my feet are still tender.

Has anyone seen the Alice shoes, they are soooo cute, my sister has a pair. I can’t wait for shoebuy to get them in stock. I just hope they fit, I couldn’t get the primas to fit, they were too small or too big.

They have them at Dick's Sporting Goods here so I tried them on. The are identical to Primas in size so no Alice for me

I have found my new favorite pair of Crocs, well at least for the winter!! I was at Dick's Sporting Goods earlier, DBF wanted to try them on to see what size he will wear (I converted him and we are buying him a pair now), and I saw the Mammoths, they are adorable and cozy! I want the pinks ones with oatmeal lining but they only had size 6 and only one pair in pink, but I need a 7. So now I am on a mission to try and find them. I also tried the iwon code on shoe buy and now you have to spend $50 to get $10 off, which isn't a big deal except they don't carry the Mammoths and they don't have my size in the Disney ones I want!!

Has anyone tried the Alice crocs yet? If so let me know if they are comfy, what do you think about the style compared to the mary janes? I want a pair and was thinking about getting them for disney. Are the Alice's mainly for summer or anytime? Thanks
