OT. Anyone know anything about headphones for kids??

My DS6 has been wanting headphones for his gameboy and mp3 player. But at 6 I am reluctant to get them for him afraid he will turn them up to loud.

Seems like they should make them for kids?? Anyone know anything what or what NOT to do??

I would tell him no. My son had the headphones and he turned them up so loud that I could hear the games music from across the room. They say if it's too loud, you're too old. But if it's too loud, you might be deaf before you're old.

Sorry, I am a real pain in the tail to my kids if you can't already tell.

I have told him no. It just seems someone would of come out with kid headphones that you cannot turn up so loud. Since you can plug headphones into everything.
