OT: any box top coordinators out there

I have become my schools BT coor....I was told to use the online submission form, but the old coor. name still appears on it. I changed the info on the website to my name/address etc... do I worry about this or just send in as is. Do you send a copy in the box along with the box tops ? I need to put in mail Wednesday...yikes !!

I was the coordinator at my son's school for 4 years. He's moved on to the next school or I'd still be it. You can send it as it is. The check dosen't come made out to the coordinator so it's no problem!

What we did was to name the coordinator with the principals name so that when I move on, someone will know how to get in. The check comes to the school (that is where we send it) but I could have it come to my house even. If you changed the coordinator name online it shoulnd't be a problem but you can call them, they are very helpful.

Welcome to BoxTops. You should be fine but I would call the 800 number and ask them to assist with making the change. Over time you will learn it is a great program but there are many struggles with the updates on the website.
