ot- advice please, paperwork name error

Glad it's sorted out - there must be lots of cases where a name is mispelled or something on tickets. It even states in most literature to check names carefully - so, if they are wrong what do you do then? They either re-issue them or don't worry about it needing re-issuing.

I think the woman you spoke to originally was very rude and over-reacted by the sounds of it
