Hey everyone,
I wanted to ask a question about downloading video files from the internet. They are video files from the AADAC site, their commercials. We have permission from AADAC to use them for a community presentation to the schools, but we cannot download them. When we access the files, it automatically plays them, so they are not downloaded to our computers. Does anybody know how to download the files so that we can burn them to a VCD to play??? The website is here.

If anyone can help, or if you need more information, let me know.

DD is helping me...
Right click on the title of the clip, a box will pop up, choose 'Save target as...' and save to a file or to your desktop. It should work if you have the software to support the viewing of it (which seems to be 'Real one player'). From there you can go into your burning software and burn it as a VCD. OR you can do it as a Power Point presentation.
Hope this helps.

We want to do the presentation in power point format, but if I just insert the link, don't I then need to be attached to the website for the presentation? I don't think we will be able to access the net while doing the presentation. I just found out yesterday that we are going to be presenting this to the mayor and the RCMP drug unit, so I need to make sure it all works out.

I will give it a try though....thanks.

Jo
