OT - 800 count sheets - not happy with purchase. Can I soften them?

I also say take them back. they should return them without question. If you are a costco member I love my pima cotton sheets that are kirkland brand. I also know that non egyptian or pima cotton will never be soft. I don't know why it makes a difference but boy does it.

take them back so you can get a good night's sleep it is so important

I have taken things back after washing and they never even asked.

One of the many reasons I do 99% of home/clothes shopping there.
