Oswald hours?

Does anyone know exactly where to find Oswald and his (approximate) hours? I know the times change frequently but I'm just wondering if he is out most of the day or only makes an appearance for a brief period of time. Thanks!

Last month we saw him once in DCA, if I remember correctly, near the entrance off on an "alley" near the vintage car there. He definitely was not there all the time as we only saw him the one time (and the line had already been cut off for photos).

He will be in DCA daily from Park open to apprx 19:00. You can find him on Buena Vista Street across from Oswald's Gas Station. He will take breaks during the day of course.

^^This. He's there throughout the day at that one spot next to Oswald's Filling Station right next to the '37 Packard. There's a shaded sitting area with a beige wall background there that they do the meet & greet at and they have Photopass photographers there as well. He does about 30-40 min sets and takes breaks every so often but he's there constantly throughout the day. We missed him after an AM set and the CM there said he'd be right back so we bought Oswald rabbit ears for the kids and had a great meet & greet when he returned. He's a unique character and I'm so glad he's doing appearances at DCA. Very fitting.

Yes, I can confirm that Oswald meets from opening until 7:00pm.

Jumping in to ask about wait times, are they 15+ minutes throughout the day? Trying to figure out if we should jump in line right when the park opens, or if we can wait a few hours.
