Oscars and Frozen

I still just cannot get over Travolta's butchering of Idina Menzel's name. Keep waiting for a press release from him offering some explanation for him basically just making up a name on the fly. So funny...

I agree -but I've heard he's dyslexic, so that could be an explanation. Even so, he doesn't know who she is? Or more likely, he was totally unprepared and didn't have any idea who he was introducing. Either way -hopefully this will be the last time we see him on stage.

Me neither, especially looking at photos of her in her heyday. There sure has been a run on bad plastic surgery lately.

And... to keep it on topic (sort of), did you see Idina on Jimmy Fallon doing "Let It Go" with the Roots? Love the classroom instruments performances.

I too am dyslexic and for the longest time did theatre. The one thing I learned was never use cue cards because I would screw them up. He should have memorized it. However I think he was too busy trying to get the wickedly out than her name. I really don't think he knew who she is.
