What time will the iights go on the 3rd week in December (right before Christmas)?

Actually they come on about 6:00PM.

Be there at 5:45.

"Sundown" (sunset) in Orlando in December will be between 5:30-5:40PM EST.

But, at sunset, it is still light outside.
It takes another 15-20 minutes, or so for the sky to darken into "night."
