Osbourne Lights and Backlot Tour

I know they are not putting up the Osbourne Lights this year, but is the Backlot Tour open?

The Catastrophe Canyon part is still open but the backlot houses (Golden Girls, etc) are gone.

Those Osbourne Lights this year I hope they are back next year.

The lights will return in 2004 and as for the Backlot Tour, it's running with the exception of the Residential Street portion.
