I'm goofing around with MDE for next week and ran into this. Wonder what it means? Maybe they're not gone forever?

Just an error Jackie. Actually a member of the Osborne family is a disboards member and commented on the state of the lights today. They are indeed gone for good. The Osborne family has even been offered from other parks.

Very interesting.
Unless Disney has some secret agreement about holding the license for five years during construction, forever seems likely.

This might just get me to visit Universal. Presuming they were the ones to do the license.

Huh, that's interesting! I hadn't seen that before today. Has it been there all along?

No apparently it showed up today for some reason. It also still shows the point of interest at Streets of America on that map in your screen shot which can't be true.

It does! I had to laugh for a sec when I saw that! Hmmm.....

It's a database driven website. If you don't update all the data correctly, this is what you get.

Perhaps the people who do the website were amongst those who got their hours cut? Or replaced by a random visa holder. :D

I wish. We saw them for the first time in Nov. And on the next to last night in Jan. I LOVE Christmas lights. I dunno why. My mom and I bought matching shirts. I'm so corny. She really loved the surprise of being able to see them one last last time. Good memories!

We already go to Universal but this would likely get us to go ANYWHERE if the lights are there.
