flkhou, I am not familiar with the paktribune. Do you have any idea how reliable they have been in the past on stories like this?

None. It was on a link on Buzzflash which is a fairly good liberal site for news links. My DW heard something on the radio this afternoon about this but the other news services has not picked this story up yet.

Personally, I hope that it is true but I acknowledge that the source is a little suspect. Capturing Bin Ladin would be great news for Bush given recent polls.

I just watched our local 6:00 news and they said the rumors of Bin Laden being captured are false, but who knows, maybe the CIA/FBI didn't want it to get out yet so they're saying it's false. It would be great though.
