LOL

There's a company here that advertises in the gayborhood rag, for naked house cleaning. I mean.....I just don't get it.

Me neither. It's not like I want to watch anyone clean the durned house! :rotfl:

Now naked closet reorganizing - that I could use :thumbsup2

Well, I didn't know about the needing to book meals far in advance so when I called a couple weeks ago we didn't have a lot of luck in getting much. We were fortunate enough to find someplace to dine on my birthday (March 19) at Epcot. We have dinner reservations for the Rose and Crown at 7:15. I am hoping we can get lucky enough to sit outside to catch the illuminations show. *fingers crossed* We also got reservations for the Spirit of Aloha dinner show :woohoo:

party: :bday: party: We share a birthday! I knew I liked you! ;) party:

Well this thread has turned--took it all the way to page two--slow for this forum:lmao:
I agree with Cayla that the belly dancer in Morrocco is fun and not so Disney like;) . Her dance times are generally listed on the entertainment schedule. We try to time it so we arrive about 20 minutes before she starts. That way we have time to get seated and get our order in and then enjoy the show as we wait to eat. (yes we are totally OCD)

Also Cayla--I should be at WDW in December so THEN I will get my sweet pretzel:lovestruc In the meantime I think we are going to Disneyland Paris next month:woohoo: and there are incredible pastery shop on pretty much every block here in Heidelberg:rolleyes1

Zeitzseuge--Funny I am the oppostie of you. I am not all that organized generally and do not like clenaing the house (I keep it clean but not for fun; you can come clean my palce anytime and I do not care if you are dressed while you clean or not as long as I don't have to do it:rotfl2: ) but I LOVE planning vacations (especially Disney). I will plan my own, my nieghbors, my in-laws' whoever will let me:upsidedow

Mike--shouldn't you have everything memorized--so no need for spreadsheets:dance3: Good luck planning a fabulous trip in a week--I'm sure you can do it:thumbsup2

It's 7:33! Dont you have something planned? :rotfl2:

Yep. Had to get dressed and go to work, which is why I didn't see your clever response until just now. ;)

Planning is mandatory, because people will invariably try to horn in on my trip and I have to be able to say "Oh, sorry, we already have plans for that day." That day, and the other 14 days. :rolleyes1

I think I may have to e-mail AKL IPO today because I don't think I can handle waiting any longer. The 90 day window thing has got my knickers in the biggest knot ever. How can I wait until 90 days to have my stuff submitted? There was NOTHING wrong with the 180 booking window. :sad2:

Ya I pretty much know what is going on, now to educate my clueless SIL on why she cant get the room and dining ressies she wants one week out! :sad2:

Oh yes--THAT is always so hard to convince people of. Best of luck there:wizard: that is always the hardest part for me. . .

I am SO jealous....for 2010 I am adding a couple of days to the Mini-Repo/Baltic cruise to hop over to DL Paris - I have been so close 4 times and not gotten there - this time it is happening!!!

How big a group? Like you said earler - walkups do work sometimes. Also sitting at a bar I have found if one is happy with just apps. We like to do that in a few places. Try the Wave - good food, no issue with ADRs during F&W in Oct.

They are running great deals right now. We can go all four of us for 2 nights/3 days in a cabin with kitchen and breakfast is included with three day hopper tickets and free parking for 360 Euro--not bad:thumbsup2 We just have to figure out how to make the timing work out. You ought to pop over to Heidelberg before or after the cruise:rolleyes1 You know Frankfort is often the least expensive airport to fly in to--I'm just sayin'

Wow, that is a great deal...I wonder if DVC has the cabins available and if the package includes admission...I will have to ask.

Your are right about Germany, I am just a little worried about the time off - I am going to be gone for almost 3 weeks of "prime time" vacation time, I am really hoping that I can get it off. We have an "acting" boss, and he may decide to not play nice.

Are you guys considering the Baltic cruise? It leaves from England. I have a thread going for the first time Baltic, I will add a link later.

Right now the trip stands as:
Leave USA for Heathrow, jump to Barcelona
one day in Barcelona
board the Magic
8 days to England
B2B
10 days of Baltic sea
leave the Magic, fly to Paris
3 days in Paris
return to Heathrow then to USA.

21 days...hooray!

Then I get to pay for it all :(
Since I am going solo I have to pay the suppliment as well. such is life.

We are booked on the Spetember TA for sure (booked that one day one with several of our friends from the first TA). Other than that--now that transportation is not an issue--I'll have to see. I would dearly love to take the cruise you are, but I do not know how finances will be at that point. I have no work permit here so we are back to one income--and these next four months are really trying (we have to use savings to make all ends meet because tutio nis so high for hte kids and HR messed up on figuring what our sare was until contract were signed and we were locekd in--so that is pulling my Disney funds). BUT, if get caught up and our renters in the U.S. prove to always be good ones I may well take it (as you say it is the paying for it all that gets you). I am hoping they end up runnong some good deals on it. Maybe I will stowe away in your cabin you so do not have to pay the supplemnt:lmao:

ETA--sorry to hijack the thread! I'll relate the conversation to the topic at hand--in the future the best tip is to plan EARLY--like two years early ;-)

Can you keep a secret? My SIL called 3 days ago, she wants to bring the family down....

Next Week! :scared1:

Needless to say, I have a spreadsheet going! :rotfl2:

I am envious! I wanna spreadsheet with you and shrek all over it! :D
